Form 44 − Notice of situation of registered office and of office hours and particulars of changes
The Act directs that a company shall as from the day on which it begins to carry on business or as from the 14th day after the date of its incorporation, whichever is earlier, have a registered office within Malaysia to which all communications and notices may be addressed and which shall be open and accessible to the public for not less than three hours during ordinary business hours on each day. Saturdays, weekly and public holidays are excepted.
Section 120(1) of the Act provides that notice in the prescribed form of the situation of the registered office, the days and hours during which it is open and accessible to the public. Any changes should be lodged with the Registrar within one month after the date of incorporation.
