Name to be displayed on all offices
Section 121(3) of the Act states that every company shall paint or affix and keep painted or affixed on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on, in a prominent position in romanized letters easily legible its name, and also, in the case of the registered office, the words “Pejabat Yang Didaftarkan” and if it fails so to do the company shall be guilty of an offence against this Act.
The penalty in default for this offence is RM1,000.
In this Act, “company number” means the number allocated by the Registrar to a company on its incorporation.
