Public companies

The ownership of a public company is open to the public who could own the public company by buying the shares of the public company.

The transfer of shares of public companies is not restricted. There is no restriction in the number of members.

Public companies can invite the public to subscribe for shares after approvals from the relevant authorities have been obtained.

Public companies are listed on the Bursa and are subject to the regulations and requirements under the SC and Bursa.
